WIRELESS ACCESS POINT INSTALLATION
Wireless access point installation is not incredibly hard, but if done incorrectly, you will suffer the consequences. We’ve seen some unusual installations and heard horror stories from clients about so-called “tips” from self-proclaimed wireless service experts. Other providers will say to mount access points at 45-degree angles or to wait up to 7 days for wireless signals to propagate within their office. It’s horrifying to know that people have paid other service providers for such bad advice, and we’re here to tell you the truth.
WHY WiFi ACCESS POINTS?
Hard wiring wireless access points is used in the vast majority of our WiFi installations. This is by far the most dependable way to get full broadband speed wherever you need it via WiFi. Whether you use WiFi at home or at work.
Access points, unlike WiFi routers, are not “jack of all trades” devices. They are dedicated pieces of hardware designed solely for the purpose of broadcasting a WiFi signal.
